Paul Tergat, Olympic silver medalist, addresses the Borough Assembly

Paul Tergat gave a keynote address to the Borough Assembly on 9th June 2010, which was attended by 305 delegates representing 137 agencies and community groups.

The message of the address was to encourage us to empower communities and invest in sport.
